Honest and upfront about needed repairs and their cost

Much easier to deal with than the dealership. They texted me updates on the status of my repair and were very responsive to any questions I had. I also feel that they were honest and upfront about needed repairs and their cost, and that they provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision about what repairs and maintenance items I wanted to do now vs. waiting until later.
